To achieve your desired results, you need to commit to at least three months of mentoring over the phone or by Skype (my Skype profile is "christiancounsel"). No, I don't require a three-month commitment, but you'll have greater benefits if you're prepared to grow your wellness over time.
With each call, I'll recommend various assignments that will further your progress. And each month, we'll assess your progress, new skill sets, and overall satisfaction.
